Basic office supplies:
• Card stock (various colors)
• Paper clips (all sizes)
• Binder clips (all sizes)
• Staples
• Rolls of tape for tape dispensers
• Facial Tissue
• Wet wipes
• Paper towels
• First aid supplies (bandaids, disinfecting wipes)
• Writing pens
• Funds to purchase printer Ink cartridges
• Funds to purchase bulletin board paper (various colors)
Classroom needs:
• Manipulatives (Pre-K4 and Kindergarten)
• Four VHS/DVD players
• Electronic pencil sharpeners for lower elementary classrooms
• Funds to attend national conference (kindergarten teachers; $500 total)
Major projects:
• Funds to complete library shelving project
o It will cost $2,295 to finish this project (shelving on last wall of library)
o Initial $22,000 project was donated through the “I Love My Library” contest by the Spacesaver company
• Funds to resurface the “Big Kahuna” playground area
o Removal of pea gravel
o Cement surface poured for level surface
o Rubberized surface installed
o Costs: TBD
• Cafeteria renovation
o New windows
o New window treatments
o New flooring
o New paint/walls
o Costs: TBD
• Technology needs: (long-range planning)
o New wiring throughout school campus
o Thin Client computers to replace outdated computers in computer labs and classrooms
• Classroom air conditioning units replaced (long-range planning)
• New maintenance shed to replace dilapidated facility currently in us
